Oakvellune is an online furniture store specializing in handcrafted sideboards and tables. Our furniture is individually crafted with attention to detail and may be made to order.

2. PRODUCTS
Our products are handcrafted and may be made using natural wood and other materials.
Because each piece is individually crafted, natural variations in wood grain, color, texture, knots, and finish may occur. These characteristics are normal and contribute to the unique appearance of handmade furniture.
Product photographs are provided to represent the products as accurately as possible. Actual colors may vary slightly depending on lighting, photography, and individual screen settings.
3. MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS
Many of our products are made to order.
Made-to-order furniture generally requires approximately 1–2 weeks to craft before it is prepared for shipment.
If a product is already available in our inventory, we will generally ship it as soon as reasonably possible.
Production times are estimates and may occasionally vary due to material availability, order volume, holidays, or other circumstances.
4. CUSTOM ORDERS
Certain products may be customized according to customer specifications, including dimensions, colors, finishes, and other design details.
Customers are responsible for reviewing all selected specifications carefully before completing their purchase.
Once production has started, changes to a custom order may not be possible.
5. ORDERS
When you place an order through our website, you agree to provide accurate and complete billing, shipping, and contact information.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit an order when necessary, including in cases involving incorrect pricing, suspected fraudulent activity, unavailable materials, or other circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will issue an appropriate refund.

Prices and product information may change at any time without prior notice.
We reserve the right to correct typographical, pricing, product description, or other errors on our website.
7. PAYMENT

By submitting payment, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
8. SHIPPING
Orders are shipped using FedEx.
Made-to-order furniture generally requires approximately 1–2 weeks to craft before shipment. In-stock items may ship sooner.
Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided when available.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, carrier operations, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.
9. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Oakvellune offers a 30-day return and exchange policy for eligible purchases.

10. REFUNDS
Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method.
Once a return has been received and inspected, approved refunds are generally processed within 3–7 business days. Additional processing time may be required by your bank or payment provider.

Customers are responsible for properly caring for their furniture after delivery.
Furniture should be cleaned and maintained according to the care instructions provided with the product.
Damage resulting from misuse, improper cleaning, excessive moisture, unauthorized modifications, improper handling, or other avoidable causes may not be covered under our return or refund policy.
12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content appearing on oakvellune.shop, including but not limited to photographs, product images, product descriptions, graphics, logos, text, designs, branding, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Oakvellune unless otherwise stated.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, or commercially use our website content without prior written permission.
